Deliverables: Attend DeGrant spaces, check up calls and livestreams invited to. Facilitate educational and onboarding meetups across Kenya. Host weekly recorded X Spaces, host one e-meetup. Onboard 25 new users with wallet and Zero Authority profile. Make it visible that it is 'Powered by Stacks DeGrants'. Organize, advertise and get 100+ sign/ups for one IRL event in an East African Swahili-speaking country.
Mid-Project Review and Partnerships: $700
Deliverables: Attend DeGrant spaces, check up calls and livestreams invited to. Review progress and secure partnerships and sponsorship deals. Host IRL event (date & venue TBA) with 70+ atteedees. Live stream the event on DOM, including taking photos, social posts, and threads, to advertise event (pre and post). Onboard new wallets and integrate attendees with Zero Authority DAO and other platforms. Make it visible that it is 'Powered by Stacks DeGrants'.
Final Delivery and Reporting: $800
Deliverables: Complete all planned events and activities. Submit final report and project deliverables. Ensure sustainability through ongoing partnerships and sponsorships. Make it visible that it is 'Powered by Stacks DeGrants'. Project impact report submitted with measurable metrics and learnings.
