The world's first dedicated meme rewards DEX - a DeFi protocol that solves liquidity incentives for fixed-supply community meme coins like $WELSH through innovative tokenomics and rewards. Welsh DEX addresses a critical problem in the meme coin ecosystem: how to incentivize liquidity provision when 100% of tokens are in circulation with no team, no treasury reserves and no more token issuance? Traditional meme coin teams typically reserve tokens for liquidity mining, but truly decentralized projects like $WELSH (the first dog meme coin on Bitcoin via Stacks) have no such reserves. The entire supply of the $WELSH token was minted at contract deployment so there are no tokens being issued and no way to alter the contract and mint more $WELSH. Our solution introduces $TDB, a rewards token that creates a sustainable liquidity incentive system. Users who provide liquidity to the $WELSH / $TDB pool receive $TDB-LP that entitle them to directly claim $TDB rewards. $TDB tokens are minted following a hybrid $BITCOIN / $DOGE emission schedule. 10,000 $TDB tokens are automatically issued every $BITCOIN block. A dedicated supply of 50% of the $TDB supply is allocated directly to $TDB-LP holders via rewards. That's a historic percentage of total supply dedicated to rewards! To make the protocol even more attractive to LPs, the Welsh DEX has a novel rewards distribution system. In traditional AMMs, rewards accumulate in the pool and the only way to claim rewards is to withdrawal liquidity. Instead, the Welsh DEX transfers rewards to a dedicated contract allowing LP's to claim rewards any time they choose WITHOUT withdrawing liquidity! The LP token, $TDB-LP is also SIP-010 token. Unlike most AMM's with pooled liquidity contracts, $TDB-LP is tradable and easily transferrable potentially leading to compounding secondary market effects in the future. $TBD-LP could also be used as a governance token for a DAO, further incentivizing locked liquidity. The exchange features: - Custom Uniswap V2 AMM with gas optimized compound/aave style rewards system (index reward system with all user rewards calculated on chain!) - Innovative fee structure (1%~2% per swap: 50% to treasury, 50% to rewards pool) - An early withdrawal tax system to prevent and discourage manipulation.
