Scope of Work

1/ Integrate Stacks authentication with Next.js app using Next Auth and the new app router: github com mosh-hamedani issue-tracker

• Configure Stacks provider in [...nextauth].ts
• Update app/layout.tsx to wrap the app with SessionProvider
• Add login/logout functionality using signIn and signOut from next-auth/react

2/ Bonus (I think I can do that by myself but sharing just in case): implement Chainhook to update UI when an offer is accepted on Stacks

• Set up Chainhook to listen for relevant smart contract events (ft-ft.match.clar ft-ft-swap.clar)
• Update the UI in real-time when an offer is accepted
• Ensure proper error handling and UI feedback
